Detailed Card Activation process:

  • Please fill the details in the above form and proceed to complete the activation process
  • Mention your email id and activation code. You would have received the code on your email id. please click on the resend activation option given above.
  • Mention the Card Reference number which will be at the top of the Welcome letter received along with the card
  • Fill in other details and the text in Captcha image (not case sensitive) and Submit to activate your card.
  • Post Activation, you can access your card account at the Cardholder’s Portal
  • In case you are not able to track the email mentioning your activation code, please click on the resend activation option given above.
  • Only those users who have not received activation code via email can activate the card using SMS. [The activation process via SMS is mentioned below]
  • Sodexo Meal / Resto Pass Cards will need to be activated by the Customer, or by the Cardholder. Activation by the Cardholder: The Cardholder can do the same by sending an SMS from his registered mobile number to 9225660070 :
    Message Format: CARD< space >ACT< space ><12 digit card reference number>< space >< last four digits of 16 digit card number>
